Arrogant
Raised to understand that the females are inherently superior, Larkspur develops her own ideology around this belief. If she is born of the Divine Feminine, who is to say that she is not the Divine herself. She enjoys parading her litter mates about, forcing them to do her bidding and, of course, forcing them to provide her with entertainment. This behavior stems beyond her own kin as well when she begins to meet other male's outside of their Coven. Men were designed to cower beneath her feet. And Jacob is a means to an end, the title King meaning nothing to her.
Venomous
She's the reason for the word bitch.
In other words, better to stay on her good side...whatever form that takes. She's the spawn of a viper and venom runs through her blood. Larkspur is not the sort to be crossed and allow the other to get away with it. She is treacherous and vengeance will always triumph where she believes it is deserved. Those who do not see beneath the masks she wears are subject to discovering her after she has sunk her teeth into them.
Manipulative
Larkspur becomes aware of how outside society views women and immediately begins to use this to her advantage. She's a born actress. Learning to bat her eyelashes, toss charming smiles, and stroke the egos of those foolish enough to fall for her guise. There is only one way to climb a ladder and it is to present herself as a pretty little lamb only to ravage them from behind as the lioness she is.
Sadistic
There is a thrill, a rush of euphoria that the banduri child feeds off of when she is upon her glorious pedestal. She is fascinated by the prospect of controlling others by fear and pain. The rituals that her Coven engages in are what she lives for and aspires to be able to lead them herself one day. Larkspur also enjoys being a Game Master, so to speak, formulating games that would require ultimate sacrifice for the winner to succeed. Games are no fun without bloodshed.
Morbid
Another interest of Larkspur's is what lives beneath flesh and fur. What is the muscle and bone beneath and how does it keep us all together? How does blood flow work? What is between the life and death of creatures small and large and in how many different ways can they die? Larkspur's curiosity can only be satisfied by way of experimentation on various prey animals. She is particularly fond of blood and enjoys painting herself and other mediums. She uses Awyn as a canvas as well every once in a while. There are also a collection of bones and smaller pelts from the animals she's killed and has memorized exactly how she has done it and how long it took, priding herself on this knowledge.
As the only female child, Larkspur will be raised in reverence. She has her mother's coat, but a small frame and blue eyes inherited from an unknown father. Yvaine does not want the father in her children's lives, and Larkspur will be raised to believe men are necessary only for breeding. Her mother Yvaine will teach her all the spellwork, traditions, and rituals of her banduri heritage. Like her namesake, Larkspur is encouraged to be lovely but poisonous.
