Profile of Nilu

Sanguine: A cheerfully optimistic gal, Nilu is often seen in a good mood despite her somewhat downtrodden lifestyle. She always looks on the bright side of things; better to look forward than back she always says!

Quixotic: Nilu is a bright beam of energy lighting her way through life. She tends to romanticize a lot about life that maybe she shouldn't and is increasingly unpredictable because of that. Given her truly neutral nature she can be swayed to either side of the spectrum of good and evil.

Friendly: She is a very friendly girl, often making conversation with anyone she can and trying to befriend all manner of wolves.

Inquisitive: Nilu is also very curious about the world around her and while sometimes she accepts things as they are for what they are, she can also be very curious and questioning in effort to better understand her surroundings.

Gullible: This ties into her optimistic nature. She tries to see the "good" in everyone and therefore is often easily misguided or mislead. Outwardly, she doesn't seem to have a mean bone in her body but has been able to be talked into many unsavory situations because of her trusting nature.

When she was but a babe, her parents offered her up as sacrifice to the Fae Forest for one reason or another -- she knows not why her family abandoned her only that she has been alone most of her life. However, this grim beginning did not stop her from becoming the chipper young girl you see today.

Nilu somehow managed to scavenge and pilfer just enough to get by on her own until she tried to steal from a band of mercenaries in the Thieves' Guild. They liked her plucky nature enough not to kill her and instead took her in as one of their own. She spent her days doing odd jobs for food and bunk until eventually she outgrew that life. At a year old she bid her comrades farewell and disappeared into the night.

Since then she's been on her own living a life much like that of the one she'd lived before she'd met her mercenary friends. She lives in the Fae Forest, a place thought to be her true home, and steals what she needs to get by.
